PLASMA HORT™ is an organic based natural growth-including product containing soil conditioning material, creating the best possible conditions for optimum plant growth.

PLASMA HORT™ contains all major plant nutrients – N, P, K, S, Mg, B, Ca, and other trace elements such as Zn, Fe, Mo, Co, Na, Se, Cu… and the best part is Plasma Biotec’s patented organic base of proteins and amino acids, which derived from both fish source and plant source, making this product is so well balanced.

PLASMA HORT™ can be used by itself or in combination with other products in the Plasma Biotec range.

INSTRUCTIONS: Fill tank with water, if required add extra additives and stir, add PLASMA HORT™ and stir. Mix only enough to do each application. DO NOT STORE MIXED PRODUCT. STIR WELL BEFORE USE.

CAUTION: Avoid contact with skin or eyes. If contact occurs, wash with clean water.

GROUND APPLICATION: Mix required product with enough water to give even coverage. The amount of water required will be determined by calibration of your spray system.

AERIAL APPLICATION: 1 part product with 1 part water.

KNAPSACK APPLICATION: Generally 1 part product to 150 parts water. Apply to drip point. See Glasshouse Crops.

SCREEN BEFORE PUMP: Preferably mix 1:1 solution with water prior to addition to spray tank. Wash skin in clean water. Flush out spray lines, pump and tank at the end of each day.

PLASMA HI ANALYSIS ‘N’™ is a BIO-HYDROLYSED NZ fish based formulation with enhanced nitrogen to promote rapid plant growth.

PLASMA HI ANALYSIS ‘N’™ contains moderate quantities of a good range of major and minor plant nutrients in a 100% readily available form, which allows maximum nutrient uptake by the plant leaf. The product may be used alone or in combination with other products in the Plasma range:

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Stir contents before use.

GROUND APPLICATION

3-10 litres per acre (7.5-25 litres per hectare) depending on individual requirements.

TYPICAL DILUTION

40 litres of water per acre depending on calibration of spray equipment being used.

AERIAL APPLICATION

1 part product to 1 part water.

After use flush out all spray lines, pumps and tanks each day when finished.

MANUFACTURER’S NOTE

PLASMA HI ANALYSIS ‘N’™ has been designed as a farming management tool only. It is not intended to replace our complete liquid fertiliser, such as Plasma P3000 range and Plasma Hort range.

PLASMA K-PHOS™ enhances soil structure and plant growth. It combines high concentrations of phosphorus and potassium in a liquid form suitable for direct foliar feed spray application to pasture or crops.

PHOSPHORUS is an essential element in all functions of plant growth, from energy transfer within plants through to DNA/Chromosome structure within each cell.

Phosphorus plays a vital role in root development and vitamin content of plants.

POTASSIUM is valuable in promoting the general vigour of the plant. Potassium activates enzymes including those that make protein, and potassium is a vital “turn key” in making many important cell constituents. It also helps the plant to build a natural resistance to disease and has a balancing influence upon other plant nutrients.

As with Phosphorus – supplying Potassium direct to the plant via foliar feeding ensures a more effective means of getting the nutrients to become immediately plant available.

PLASMA K-PHOS™ is totally liquid soluble. This means that its P205 is used 100% by plants and micro-organisms.

APPLICATION RATES

Average application rate suggested at 6-8 litres per acre (15-20L per Hectare) depending on soil and plant status or as recommended.

GROUND APPLICATION

Amount of water required is dependent on the calibration of the delivery system. Typical dilution – 150 litres of water per hectare (60 litres per acre). Mixed with desired amount of product.

AERIAL APPLICATION

1 part product to 1 part water.

Flush out all spray lines, pumps and tanks each day when finished.

NB: Due to the nature of this product, crystallization may occur under cold climatic conditions.

Plasma Organic™ is one of the original formulas of Plasma Biotec Solutions (used to be Plant Plasma Industries) . It was invented in 1980 and still used today.

Plasma Organic™ is a high quality organic fish fertiliser concentrate. It is carefully manufactured by following the New Zealand Organic Fertiliser Standard. Only selected and approved biological methods of hydrolysing premium NZ fish to retain essential nutrients, trace elements, amino acids, oils and natural bacteria are used.

Please keep in mind that every time when you apply Plasma Organic™ to your precious gardens, trees or flowers, Plasma Organic™ isn’t only the food for that plant.  You are feeding the entire living environment around it, including the soil and microorganisms living in it. Continuously using Plasma Organic™ will bring in many benefits including increased soil water holding capacity, drainage, aeration, naturally balanced pH, releasing locked up minerals, activating soil biology and producing wonderfully strong and healthy plants.

This concentrated soil conditioner improves the structure and health of your soil, so it better supports your growing pasture and crops over the long term. Soil conditioned with Proto-Humic retains water better – vital in lighter soils and during dry periods. Plants become better established, more vigorous and resistant to drought or stress.

When we put any kind of organic matter into the soil a vast army of micro-organisms (bacteria, fungi, worms etc.) become activated and mobilized to convert such inert organic matter to an end product called humus.  Humates have played a major role in improving crop and pasture production for many hundreds of years without proper recognition of their role.

Proto-Humic is a blend of concentrated humates and other organic compounds that have been providing benefits to New Zealand farmers and horticulturalists for many years. Such benefits include: –

• Establishment of crops and pasture
  Humates help plants withstand stress of many kinds, climatic extremes as well as reducing mortality from transplant shock.
• Stimulated root growth
  By using Proto-Humic, seed germination is improved and root development of seedlings, cuttings and maturing plants is stimulated.  This allows plants to feed from a larger nutrient pool.
• Enhanced soil aerobic capabilities
  Soil, like everything else on this earth, must breath or die.  Proto-Humic promotes good soil structure and increases both water holding capacity and aeration.
• Increased nutrient availability
  Humates increase the retention of applied fertilisers in the soil thus reducing loss from leaching.  Humus particles hold up to three times the nutrient levels that clay particles can.  Proto-Humic  contains natural chelating agents which can help unlock soil bound nutrient.
• Suppression of soil borne pathogens
  Only in soils with a normal humus content can plants gain enough resistance to counteract diseases and parasitic enemies.  Proto-Humic promotes humus development giving soils the ability to directly attack such soil and plant enemies.
• Moderation of soil pH
  Humates help to stabilize soil pH and reduce the likelihood of rapid changes in acidity.  Proto-Humic has been shown to improve soil pH levels and assist  in the more complete assimilation of applied lime throughout the soil profile.
• Improved moisture utilization
  Good humate levels improve the soil’s ability to retain greater amounts of moisture for plant utilization making them more able to withstand periods of low rainfall.  Proto-Humic also contains wetting properties that reduce surface crusting and water runoff.  Good soil structure also allows better drainage of excessive water.
• Development of high quality crops and pasture
  Vigour and growth of all plants and yields of all crops are generally improved by using Proto-Humic.  Parasitic invasions above ground may be largely controlled by the soil antibiotic properties and growth factors that ensure photosynthesis activity.  The aiding of nutrient cycling also ensures that plants receive optimum feeding.
• Boosted soil micro life
  The high carbon content of the humates in Proto-Humic provides the source of energy to stimulate the growth of soil micro-organisms.  These function to decompose organic matter (crop residues, thatch etc.) degrade man-made and other toxins and promote good soil structure.

Application Rate

Typically 10 – 20 litres per hectare depending on current soil status/condition and the type of pasture or crop you are intending to improve.  It does not hurt to exceed this rate on very poor soils.
