| TESTIMONIAL 13 May 2004 Dear Plasma Biotec In April 2003 our three month old calves were not gaining weight. Their coats were poor and some of them were weak and listless. Based on our description and without seeing the animals the vet advised copper bullets and injections of vitamin B12. These were given to all 28 beasts. A month later, no significant improvement could be seen. The calves were lethargic and poor and it was decided to have them blood tested. Once again copper and vitamin B12 were the recommended outcome of the tests, but as we had given these supplements one month earlier, and saw no real improvement, we decided to try the Megimmune sample that had been left with us by the Plant Plasma fertiliser representative, Neil Harr←. The recommended dose of Megimmune was administered to calves after the vetメs report arrived. It was hard to believe the sudden change in these animals. The improvement in their condition was noticeable within just a few days. They came to life with energy to frolic about. A bloom appeared on their coats and within two weeks it was evident that they were gaining weight on a daily basis. Our neighbour shook his head and said he could not believe they were the same animals. In all, these calves subsequently received two more doses of Megimmune. The second dose two weeks after the first and the third dose a month after the second. As newcomers to sheep farming we took on 120 six year old ewes and put them with the rams. After the success with the calves we dosed all the ewes and the rams with Megimmune on their arrival and dosed the ewes again six weeks before lambing. Our losses were four ewes and nineteen lambs with an overall percentage of 124%. The lambs and ewes were dosed with Megimmune at docking and again at weaning. None of the ewes or lambs had fly strike. The weight gain of the lambs was very competitive with those of our neighbours, in fact the lambs made top price and the 92 cull ewes from that mob all made far more at the works than we expected. The ewes held their condition well throughout and parasite drench was only used on a minority of daggy animals. These would have been less than 10% of ewes and lambs combined. We are amazed by the results and the benefits of using Megimmune, and thoroughly recommend it for maintaining the health of general farm stock for so little an investment. Dosing with Megimmune is a positive reassurance that our livestock are receiving the correct balance of minerals for optimum health as naturally as possible. Jane Taylor-Young
